1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and B NASHSANDBOX COMPANY LIMITED (บริษัท บีแนชแซนด์บ็อกซ์ จำกัด), the operator of DAVI. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use DAVI.
2. What DAVI is
DAVI is an educational calculation tool. It applies published valuation models (for example Graham, Lynch and discounted cash flow) to public market and financial data, and shows the calculated value ranges with the source of every number. Its outputs are calculations, not opinions.
DAVI is not a brokerage, custodian, investment adviser or research provider.
3. Not investment advice
All outputs from DAVI are educational calculations. They are not opinions, recommendations or personalised advice. You alone make every investment decision.
We make no warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any data or calculation in the App. Markets are risky; you may lose principal.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under the law of your jurisdiction.
5. Account
You sign in with your email (a password, or a link we email you), or with Google or Apple where offered. You are responsible for keeping your email and sign-in secure. Notify us at team@bnashsandbox.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, mirror or resell DAVI’s outputs.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits, or to access other users’ data.
- Do not use DAVI for unlawful purposes.
- Do not reverse engineer the App except as permitted by applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
DAVI, including its software, valuation models and content, is owned by the Operator and protected by Thai and international copyright. You keep ownership of the data you enter (your portfolio and followed stocks). You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service.
8. Plans and payments
DAVI offers Free, Pro and Elite plans. Prices, the billing period and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page before you pay. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- Paid on the web (card, through Stripe): cancel any time from Pricing › Manage plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Paid through the App Store or Google Play: cancel in your Apple or Google account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Refund requests for those are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Refund requests for web payments go to team@bnashsandbox.com. A full refund ends the plan and access immediately.
- New accounts get 7 days of Pro once, with no payment. When it ends, the account returns to the Free plan by itself.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the App: More › Settings › tap your email › Delete account and all data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data is deleted under the retention rules of our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
DAVI is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that valuation outputs will be accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of DAVI. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be announced in the App and by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
